Inaugural Read: Under the Volcano by Malcolm Lowry

We'll take this one slowly. People lead busy lives. Shall we say the first two chapters, which look to be about 60-something pages, by some point next week? What evenings are good? And where?

And how!

for anyone going to buy the book:

I'll make my edition the official edition, in case mofos start citing page numbers, it's the it's the 2000 First Perennial Classics edition with the intro by Stephen Spender. It's the pb most commonly available right now.

I've checked an unofficial, older edition out of my library-- so no Spender intro.

yes, off and on, tuesday's is mostly a meet-n-greet to figure logistics and just how we want to do this and at what pace.
