Here it is!

Quauhnahuac = Cuanahuac = Cuernavaca

Here's a map. It's right on the 19th parallel like he said.

And for our next act...

Hello Readers. Last night’s meeting went well. I know some of you have just now gotten your books, so here’s what we’re going to do. We’ll stay at this slow pace for another couple of weeks so that everyone can catch up and play along. The next meeting will be October 11, 8:00 p.m. to discuss chapters I-IV, that’s like 120 pages altogether.

Peeps need to start posting for all our long-distance homies. Katie, tell us about the Day of the Dead. Where have you been? What goes on? Who cares about the Consul? Who cares less for Yvonne? How do you pronounce Quauhnahuac?

Inaugural Read: Under the Volcano by Malcolm Lowry

We'll take this one slowly. People lead busy lives. Shall we say the first two chapters, which look to be about 60-something pages, by some point next week? What evenings are good? And where?

And how!
